
5 Minute At Home Workout
Some days, making it to the gym just isn’t going to happen. We just moved into a new home and I spent the entire day unpacking and organizing the house room by room. Before I knew it, late afternoon had rolled around and I still hadn’t done anything active. Knowing I didn’t have time to drive to the gym and train, I grabbed my jump rope and headed outside to get my blood flowing with a total body circuit. The entire circuit only took me about 5 minutes but it was intense! Give it a shot!
5 MINUTE AT HOME WORKOUT
What you need: Jump rope & a mat/towel
Do 3 Rounds of:
25 Jump Ropes
25 Push Ups
25 Jump Squats
25 Wide Arm Crunches* Go slow, exhale at the top of the move and concentrate on squeezing your core!
