1 Move for Shredded Back & Abs

I love incorporating creative & new approaches to training muscle groups to keep things fresh and challenging! My friend Rich showed me this awesome 2-for-1 move that is killer on the abs & lats. Careful, I was SUPER sore the next day (the good kind, though!).

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Big open space
  • Battle rope
  • Plates (25lb to start)
