Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cake

Its friday night and I’m eating 3 of my favorite things: chocolate + peanut butter + cake. Cheat meal? Nope! This bad boy is packed with protein and clean!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cake

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Perfect Fit brown rice protein or casein powder)
1T stevia
1/3t baking powder
1T cocoa powder
1T coconut flour (optional)
2 egg whites
2T almond milk (add more if you need to)
1T natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

1.MIX all together (except peanut butter) in a ramekin or tall mug.
2. COVER with plastic wrap.
3.MICROWAVE for 1:15 (watch it so it doesn’t explode)
4.PLATE the cake by tipping mug upside down.
5.SCOOP peanut butter and insert into middle while still hot. (Instant lava!)
6. EAT UP and lick your plate!
