Travel Plyo HIIT Circuit

Travel or being stuck at home with no gear can really put a damper on your fitness – if you let it. Just because its raining outside, you don’t have a access to a gym or the hotel “fitness center” is really just an oversized closet with a couple treadmills doesn’t mean you can’t get creative and get in a decent sweat sesh. I was on the road this week and threw together this easy routine to get in my cardio. All you need is a bench, step, box or ottoman.

TRAVEL PLYOMETRIC HIIT CIRCUIT

hiit

3min warm up (jump rope, jog, etc)

15 rounds of

20 sec windmill jump

20 sec box jumps

20 sec toe touches

30 sec rest

(total: 25min)
