There’s just something about Monday mornings. I know, I know, most people hate them. The weekend’s over, back to work, blah blah blah. I’ll admit, I have weeks like that here and there. But for the most part, Monday mornings get me really pumped up! As I sit and drink my AM coffee (with my fave non dairy creamer, So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer – uh, YUM!), I mentally go through my week play by play. What do I want to accomplish by Friday? What little morsels of joy will I soak up each day? And, of course, what does my exercise schedule look like this week? I literally write down each day’s activity as if it were as finite as a dentist appointment. Here’s this week’s plan:
Monday: 45min [interval] run + a fun ab workout
Tuesday: 1hr Nicole Sturtze Fitness bootcamp!
Wednesday: 60min strength/cardio circuit
Thursday: 1hr Nicole Sturtze Fitness bootcamp!
Friday: Rest day – we’ve got a fun party we’re planning for friends so I’ll take it easy and enjoy!
